Admin Assistant will assist various Sourcing Management teams to
Maintaining a library of all documentation relating to the Agreement, such as the GLOBE Sourcing Management Manual, contract documents, amendments, and key non-contract library documents, such as contract issue management documentation; records retention policies and processes; dispute resolution records; contract change archives; agenda, reports and minutes of Governance meetings; and all Supplier correspondence.
Assist in day to day administrative activities.
Undertake data entry activities on a proactive basis.
Documentation of different processes and procedures performed by the SMO. i.e. SOPs, PPMs, etc.
Liaise with different groups and or organization as required to support SMO activities
Perform activities like preparing documents, monitoring basic invoice analysis, typing, implementing policy and procedures.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Qualifications:
A college degree in any area with a minimum 2 years’ experience of general administrative work.
Demonstrates adequate organizational and follow-up skills
Demonstrates adequate documentation, retention, and follow-up skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of hierarchy.
Have several years of experience writing and documenting policies, processes and procedures i.e. SOPs, PPMs.
Demonstrates working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software application, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates high standards of ethical conduct, behavior and integrity.
