Job Location: EDSA, Quezon City

Job Description:

• Handle the overall coordination, management and implementation of the microfinance projects/ activities
• Disburse loans to identified recipients in a time-efficient manner and ensure that loan payments are made timely as well
• Put in place mechanisms of managing arrears to ensure a healthy cash flow
• Acquire new accounts, maintain old accounts and remedy arrears collection

Qualifications:

• Graduates of any four (4) year course, but is willing to hire undergraduates with solid work experience
• With at least 2years work experience from a bank or microfinance/ lending institution
• Knowledge in appraisal, background investigation and documentation is an advantage 
• Able to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have unquestionable integrity.
• Must be responsible, meticulous and very hardworking
• Must be willing to do at least 50% fieldwork
