Product Management Assistants

Job Location: National Capital Region

Job Description:

  • Research health trends and review of current product offering against opportunities
  • Coordinate with support departments and service providers
  • Make proposal  and presentation to prospect partners
  • Monitor sales activity for the product
  • Make report of the inventory and sales output
  • Maintains supplies for the department by monitoring inventory of supplies and replenishing supplies when needed for daily operations.
  • Accomplish all necessary forms and requests  such as accounting forms, purchase request form, job order request forms etc.
  • Keeps department records and inventories
  • Facilitates distribution of marketing materials to internal and external customers
  • Facilitate the processing of department’s requests.
  • Coordinate with  the dept. in-charge with social marketing for the product related requirements.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities
  • Coordinates with organizers and events partners for collaterals, booths and other materials needed for the event

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing/ Communication or any Medical course
  • At least 6mos. of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge and/ or experience in the following:
    • Business Production Analysis
    • Work & Spreadsheet (Excel) Manipulation
    • Graphics Design
    • Desktop publishing programs like Gimp/Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and MS Publisher
    • Video production and editing at least in Windows Movie Maker
