Job Description:

• This position is responsible for channel recruitment and development through recruitment of agents/ agency managers
• Conduct of various development activities such training and/or coaching to support the department’s key result areas and targets.

Qualifications:

• University degree graduate in related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory level
• Skills required: Interpersonal, Negotiation and Leadership
• Must be computer literate and has keen attention to details
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
